Individual Therapy for Adults

In our sessions, you’ll find a compassionate and supportive space to delve into your challenges, whether they relate to relationships, self-esteem, work-life balance, major life transitions, or personal growth. My approach combines various therapeutic methods to best suit your unique needs, helping you build resilience, gain clarity, and confidently navigate life's complexities. Together, we’ll work towards meaningful and lasting change, fostering a deeper understanding of yourself and empowering you to lead a more fulfilling and balanced life.

I offer a blend of therapeutic approaches, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Treatment (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Emotion Focused Family Therapy. Heavily influenced by Family Systems Theory, I reflect on how our family of origin impacts our current relationships and overall functioning. I also prioritize self-care, self-compassion, and the pursuit of joy as guiding principles toward personal growth and healing.
